FIXGALLERIA provides consulting services that are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products.

Service Delivery Method

Our e-commerce consulting services, including management and automation of Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms, as well as product research and sourcing services, are delivered through:

  • Digital Communications: Email, video calls, and online meetings
  • Digital Deliverables: Reports, strategies, and documentation sent via email or secure file sharing
  • Platform Access: Direct work performed on your e-commerce platforms (with your authorization)
  • Online Consultations: Scheduled virtual meetings and ongoing support

Delivery Timeline

  • Initial Consultation: Scheduled within 24-48 hours of booking confirmation
  • Service Commencement: Begins on the agreed-upon start date in your service agreement
  • Deliverables: Timelines vary based on service package and will be outlined in your service agreement
  • Ongoing Services: Delivered continuously as per your subscription or contract terms

Access Requirements

To receive our services, you will need:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Email access for communications and deliverables
  • Platform access credentials (when applicable for management services)
  • Video conferencing capability for consultations

No Physical Shipping

As we provide consulting services only, there are:

  • No shipping fees
  • No delivery addresses required
  • No tracking numbers
  • No physical items to be delivered

Product Sourcing Services

If you engage our product research and sourcing services:

  • We identify and recommend products and suppliers
  • We do not handle physical inventory or shipping of products
  • Any physical products sourced through our recommendations will be shipped directly from suppliers to you or your designated location
  • Shipping terms for sourced products are between you and the supplier
  • We can assist in coordinating logistics but are not responsible for supplier shipping performance

International Service Delivery

Our consulting services are available globally and delivered digitally regardless of your location. Time zone differences will be accommodated in scheduling.

Service Availability

Services are delivered during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time) unless otherwise agreed in your service contract.
